Opinion Leader in Italia in Class A

The European School of Varese renews its commitment as Opinion Leader of the national campaign on energy efficiency “Italy in class A” promoted by the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security and implemented by ENEA.

The agreement, signed on 18 January by the Director of the institute, Ariane Farinelle, and by Maura Liberatori and Patrizia Pistochini for the Energy Efficiency Department of ENEA, gives the European School the role of Opinion Leader “to strengthen the promotional actions carried out by ENEA as part of the National Campaign “ItaliainClasse A” and broaden the audience of the population addressed by messages on the topic of energy efficiency in the Lombardy region.

ENEA will contribute to the agreement with the production of technical-scientific contents on the topics of energy efficiency and with the supply of the graphic elements to be adopted for the recognisability of the Campaign, including the School’s logo. The Opinion Leader undertakes to disseminate the agreed material to students and families, as well as to the teaching staff and staff of the institute who will be an active part in the Campaign. The latter will be publicized through a newsletter addressed to parents and via the institute’s website.

This activity will be included in the presentation of the collaborations underway by the European School on the subject of energy and environmental sustainability at the European Symposium which will be held at the Joint Research Center of the European Commission in Ispra from 26 to 29 March 2023.

The European School of Varese has already taken part as Opinion Leader in the previous edition of “Italia in Classe A” by virtue of an agreement signed in 2019 and, satisfied with the results of the initiative, has decided to renew the partnership which will end in January 2024
